WHERE FITNESS MEETS strength
WHAT IS COMBAFIT?
Fitness. Strength. Complete Physical Development.
The COMBAFIT sport is an integrated training system that combines physical fitness with movements and techniques inspired by high physical performance. It is not simply a fitness class, a bodybuilding routine or another fighting style. COMBAFIT was created to develop a balanced connection between physical strength, combat ability, movement quality and mental focus. Through complete-body movements performed in different directions, participants can develop strength, speed, endurance, balance, coordination and controlled performance within one structured system.

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND COMBAFIT BODY. MIND. SPIRIT.
The mission of COMBAFIT is to develop a strong connection between body, mind and spirit through structured physical training and controlled body movement. Each program is designed to build physical readiness, movement confidence, concentration and discipline according to the participant’s abilities and goals.

Fundamental Concepts in COMBAFIT
1. COMBAFIT stands out in enhancing mental fitness
Fat fitness in COMBAFIT means the body’s ability to burn fat efficiently while maintaining muscle mass and increasing metabolism, meaning that your body burns energy (calories) more whether you are moving or even when you are at rest.
How does the COMBAFIT achieve that?
High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
COMBAFIT relies on short but intense training sessions, combining strikes, movement, and jumping, which quickly raises the heart rate. It puts the body into a fat-burning zone and continues to burn calories even after the workout is over.
Using the whole body as a single unit:
COMBAFIT movements engage the large muscles (thighs, back, chest) as well as the deep muscles (trunk and core).
Trunk: These are the middle body muscles (abdomen + lower back + sides + pelvis).
Its function is to stabilize the body and transfer power between the legs and arms.
Without a strong trunk: less power and weaker balance.
With a strong trunk: stability + strength + safety.
Core: This is a group of muscles in the midsection of the body, its function is: to stabilize the spine, transfer power between the legs and hands, and maintain balance. This increases energy expenditure compared to isolated exercises.
Variety of movements prevents adaptation stagnation and stimulates broad functional adaptation.
Continuous changes in rhythm and angles keep the body constantly challenged, preventing it from getting used to a single pattern, which reduces plateauing or boredom with results and also accelerates fat loss. Therefore, the body never stops adapting. Adaptation is a natural function of the nervous and muscular systems, so there is literally no such thing as “preventing adaptation.” So, let’s speak practically, and simplify:
The body adapts to:
Type of movement, its intensity, rhythm, duration.
If you always repeat the same thing, the body adapts quickly, the exercise becomes economical, effort decreases, and progress reduces—this is then a limited/closed adaptation.
What does movement variety do?
Variety creates new stimuli, expands the nervous system’s response, activates different muscular pathways, and increases movement awareness. This is not preventing adaptation… this is taking adaptation to a broader and richer level.
A strike is not just a movement, but strength + speed + balance, and this significantly increases caloric expenditure.
2. The Concept of Combat Fitness in COMBAFIT:
Combat fitness in COMBAFIT does not mean learning real fighting or engagement, but rather means utilizing combat techniques, positions, and movements and convert them into functional physical fitness exercises, which includes:
Combat Stances, such as:
Ready stance, weight distribution, body protection.
These stances strengthen balance, improve body stability, and train muscles to work under pressure.
Combat movements as a training method:
Punching, kicking, blocking, and evasion are used without an opponent and without intent to harm, but with a high fitness rhythm.
The aim is to activate muscles and increase physical capacity.
Neuromuscular coordination:
Combat develops:
- Speed of reaction.
- Hand-eye coordination.
- Control of the body during movement.
- Control and breathing under exertion.
Maintaining proper posture and breathing during high performance.
- Endurance.
- Mental stability.
- Movement discipline.
3. The Concept of the Spiritual Aspect in COMBAFIT
The spirit in COMBAFIT does not mean violence or aggression; rather, it means inner energy, discipline, and mental presence during movement.
How does COMBAFIT enhance this aspect?
Releasing stress and negative energy:
Rhythmic COMBAFIT movements (punching, kicking, thrusting) allow the trainee to release ‘tension,’ ‘anxiety,’ and ‘psychological pressure’ in a healthy and disciplined way, creating a sense of relief after training self-competence:
Controlling the body, maintaining stance stability, and mastering the movements give a ‘sense of strength,’ a ‘feeling of self-respect,’ and a ‘strong presence in personality.’
Focus and mindfulness:
COMBAFIT requires constant attention to posture, breathing, and timing, which: enhances the mind, connects the mind to the body, and creates what is known as the ‘flow’ state during training.
What is the flow state?
It is a mental state that an athlete reaches when:
- Focus is very high.
- Effort feels easier.
- Time passes quickly.
- Movement becomes automatic.
- Performance is at its highest level.
- The mind is quiet… and the body works.
How does mental awareness create a state of flow?
- Focus on breathing and movement.
- The disappearance of excessive thinking and fear.
- The nervous system enters a state of balance.
- Skills appear without force… and here the flow begins.
Discipline and commitment:
Repeating movements in an organized manner consolidates:
Respect for the training rhythm, self-control, and patience.

THE FOUNDATIONS OF COMBAFIT
COMBAFIT brings multiple physical and martial capabilities together within one structured training system. Each foundation contributes to more complete, coordinated and controlled performance.
1. Strength & Endurance:
Build physical strength and maintain performance as training demands increase.
2.Speed & Reaction:
Develop fast, purposeful movement and the ability to respond effectively.
3. Balance & Control:
Improve stability, posture and control in different positions and directions.
4. Full-Body Coordination:
Connect upper- and lower-body movement with greater timing and accuracy.
5. Breathing & Energy Control:
Use controlled breathing to support concentration, endurance and performance.
6. Combat Movement:
Practise striking, defensive and transitional movements with discipline and control.

What is BMI
Body Mass Index (BMI) is a simple calculation based on your height and weight. It provides a general indication of whether your weight falls within a commonly recognised range for your height. BMI is a general screening tool and does not measure body composition, fitness level or overall health. Results should not be considered medical advice.
| BMI | Weight Status |
|---|---|
| Below 18.5 | Underweight |
| 18.5 - 24.9 | Healthy |
