Combafit's Concept of Mental Fitness

COMBAFIT stands out in enhancing mental fitness

Combafit’s Concept of Mental Fitness means the body’s ability to burn fat efficiently while maintaining muscle mass and increasing metabolism, meaning that your body burns energy (calories) more whether you are moving or even when you are at rest.

How does the COMBAFIT achieve that?

High-intensity interval training (HIIT)

COMBAFIT relies on short but intense training sessions, combining strikes, movement, and jumping, which quickly raises the heart rate. It puts the body into a fat-burning zone and continues to burn calories even after the workout is over.

Using the whole body as a single unit:

COMBAFIT movements engage the large muscles (thighs, back, chest) as well as the deep muscles (trunk and core).

Trunk: These are the middle body muscles (abdomen + lower back + sides + pelvis).

Its function is to stabilize the body and transfer power between the legs and arms.

Without a strong trunk: less power and weaker balance.

With a strong trunk: stability + strength + safety.

Core: This is a group of muscles in the midsection of the body, its function is: to stabilize the spine, transfer power

between the legs and hands, and maintain balance. This increases energy expenditure compared to isolated exercises.

Variety of movements prevents adaptation stagnation and stimulates broad functional adaptation.

Continuous changes in rhythm and angles keep the body constantly challenged, preventing it from getting used to a single pattern, which reduces plateauing or boredom with results and also accelerates fat loss. Therefore, the body never stops adapting. Adaptation is a natural function of the nervous and muscular systems, so there is literally no such thing as “preventing adaptation.”

Type of movement, its intensity, rhythm, duration.

If you always repeat the same thing, the body adapts quickly, the exercise becomes economical, effort decreases, and progress reduces—this is then a limited/closed adaptation.

What does movement variety do?

Variety creates new stimuli, expands the nervous system’s response, activates different muscular pathways, and

increases movement awareness. This is not preventing adaptation… this is taking adaptation to a broader and richer level.

A strike is not just a movement, but strength + speed + balance, and this significantly increases caloric expenditure.
